West Nile Virus			3 wks later Annually	Available only from your vet. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recently granted a conditional license for a West Nile virus vaccine for horses to Fort Dodge Animal Health. Vaccines that protect your horses against Western, Eastern and Venezuelan equine encephalitis do not protect against encephalitis caused by West Nile virus.
