The following states have laws prohibiting the shipment of rabies vaccines: AK, AL, CA, CT, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, ME, MN, MS, MT, NC, ND, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, WA, WV, WY. State laws may change, so this list should not be considered complete. Some state & local laws require that rabies vaccines be administered by a licensed veterinarian. It may be illegal to vaccinate your own animal, and if you do so, it may not be recognized. Please do not order or administer rabies vaccines unless you have determined that it is legal to do so in your state.

We carefully pack your vaccines with frozen cool packs to preserve their effectiveness. If your cool pack is melted when you receive it, don't be alarmed, this is normal. Refrigerate vaccines immediately upon receipt.
Due to State Law, biologicals cannot be shipped to Rhode Island.
New York and Rhode Island residents must hold a Certificate of Need from the State Health Department or furnish a letter from a licensed veterinarian in order to purchase needles, syringes or biologicals packaged with needles or syringes.
