Do you sell prescription veterinary prescriptions?
Yes. We sell many of the most common prescription animal health drugs.
At this time, we are not featuring prescriptions on our web site,
but you will find our full prescription selection in our catalog.
To order, you must do the following:
- Send us the original written prescription from your veterinarian complete with his/her license number & phone number. This prescription must clearly indicate the product, the amount and the number of refills authorized, if any.
- Then place your order for the product(s) prescribed either by phone or mail and indicate on the order or the phone whether your veterinarian has sent in a prescription. No prescription orders will be shipped until our pharmacist has a proper prescription on file.
- Your veterinarian may either:
- Mail us the prescription
- Call our pharmacy toll-free at 800-835-7451
(9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Eastern), or
- Fax the prescription to our
pharmacy at 330-830-2762
(24 hrs a day).
Our office cannot solicit prescriptions on your behalf from your veterinarian. He/she must judge whether
a prescription product is to be used and authorize you
to order the product on his/her prescription. Please solicit his/her counsel in this matter.
State Law prohibits the return of items purchased with a prescription.
